Honey Locust Handle blended with Black Walnut encapsulating Honey Locust for the bow.

The honey Locust is an urban Tree taken down as it was intwined in power lines. The Black Walnut is salvaged from The 2015 chelan forest fire that jumped the columbia River and burned down a 100+ year old grove of hand planted Black wanut trees.

As with all my nets they are 100% hand made at Lake wenatchee Washington.

They are then hand rubbed with multiple coats of 100% pure Tung Oil. the first few coats are dilluted with Mineral spirits to get deeper penetration into the wood. The last 3 coats are hand sanded in the last coat with 1500 grit sandpaper.
